Traces

Theme

“Traces” offers glimpses of rural Nebraska life that point to the vanishing history of our state. These images depict details from two counties–Deuel County in western Nebraska and Lancaster County in eastern Nebraska. Despite the miles between them and the disparate climates and economies, the counties share similar traces of their agrarian past.

Showing

This exhibit appeared April 23 through May 23, 2008, at The Governor’s Residence, Lincoln, Neb.

Mentions

The Voice News, Hickman, Neb., carried an announcement in its Thursday, May 1, 2008, issue, and reproduced “Daydream of a Lifetime.” The Nebraska Synod, ELCA, posted an announcement about the exhibit in its blog.
